The perseverance, hard work and rigorous follow up always give results. #AizawlPS team arrested one serial burglar, Lianchungnunga (36) S/o Lalzarzova of Bungtlang South (Presently residing at Mission Veng, Aizawl) on 28.9.2022.
On sustained and thorough interrogation, his involvement in five recent cases of house breaking/burglary under Aizawl PS was revealed:
1) Burglary of LENA Store, Chanmari on the early morning of 03.09.2022, with stolen cash ₹12,580.
2) Burglary of RESA Medical Agency Pharmacy, Dawrpui on the night of 07.09.2022 with stolen cash ₹19,000.
3) Burglary of LRZ Enterprise, Tuikual South on the early morning of 22.9.2022, with stolen cash ₹2,500.
4) Burglary of TS Enterprise Hardware store, Peter’s Street, Khatla on the night of 29.5.2022 with stolen cash ₹650.
5) Burglary of FONE INN, Dawrpui on the early morning of 16.6.2022, in which he had stolen four Mobile phones.
Cash amount of ₹21685 and 3 mobile phones have been recovered so far. Further investigation/ interrogation is in progress to ascertain other involvements and for more recoveries.
