In the midnight of 12.9.2022, acting on a specific information received from #CentralYMA Central Anti Drugs Squad, #BawngkawnPS staff seized 205 grams (15 soap cases) of suspected heroin, valued ₹ 102.5 lakhs in international market, from the possession of Myanmarese National Lalhmingliana (29) s/o Lalmuanthanga of Kawlkulh, Kalemyo Dist, Myanmar (A/P at Zokhawthar) from one residence at Zuangtui, Aizawl. Bawngkawn PS case u/s 21(b) ND&PS Act r/w 14 Foreigners Act has been registered for further investigation.
