Better coordination with other stakeholders always leads to synergy and better communication. On 09.02.2023 (Thursday), Pu Ajay Chaudhry, IPS, ADGP Mizoram chaired a coordination meeting in hybrid mode with Telecom Service Providers (TSPs). The meeting was attended by all District SsP, senior officers from PHQ and all Nodal Officers of TSPs operating in North East India. The performance of service provider in responding to requests from LEAs, measures to step up security for telecom infrastructure and improvement of power backup for the towers etc in the State were the key issues discussed in meeting. This is held on a quarterly basis to sort out all issues relating to coordination between police and TSPs and has proved extremely beneficial for both sides.
