We are committed to take action against all kind of illegal activities, as per laws/ rules. On the late night of 14.7.2022 , 11 bags (75/80kgs each) of suspected Myanmar Arecanut, approx value of ₹ 2,10,000/- was seized from one TATA 207 at Kanhmun PS Checkgate, Mamit District. Nescessary action is being taken for handing over the seized arecanuts to Customs Preventive Force. As per preliminary enquiry , arecanuts were intended to be transported/smuggled to Tripura through Damcherra bridge, which is the border between Mizoram & Tripura. Well done.
