Synergy among different agencies for #WarOnDrugs has again brought about one of the biggest catch in the recent history of the State. On the night of 22.8.2022, On a specific input from sister agency, consignment of Heroin No. 4 (200 hawngs/2.7 kgs approx) valued at approx ₹13.4Crores in international market, was recovered from a vehicle (truck) at Kanan veng Kawnpui, Kolasib Dist by CID/SB. Two persons namely Khualsawmsanga(37) s/o Nangsuanpianga r/o Ngaizawl, Champhai District and Lalthangliana(44) s/o Chuanmawia(L) r/o Bukphir, Chin State,Myanmar (Present address:Vengthar, Champhai) were caught. Case will be registered at Special Narcotics Police Station, Aizawl. Outstanding detection. Keep it up.
