On 21.8.2019 @ 12:00 noon, a High Level Drugs Disposal committee conducted a function for disposing Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances at Aizawl Zoological Park incinerator, Sakawrtuichhun. The disposal function was chaired by Pu John Laldina, IPS, DIG Hqrs. The following Narcotic drugs and Psychotropic substances were destroyed by Pu LH Shanliana IPS, IGP(L&O) the Chief Guest of the function after giving a speech on drugs and its related problems in Mizoram. The function was attended by a number of senior Police officials, CYMA and MJA members and ended with a vote of thanks.
