In the night of 25.7.2023, Ngopa PS (Saitual District) team and Village Defence Party (VDP), Ngopa while conducting joint operation near Phalte peng, Ngopa recovered and seized 128 grams (11 soap boxes) of heroin from the illegal possession of Johan M. Hnamte (35) of Saron Veng, Serchhip. Ngopa PS case u/s 21 (c)/25 ND & PS Act has been registered for further investigation on forward/ backward linkages.
