State Level Committee on FICN meeting was held today on 15.09.2023 at DGP’s Conference Hall, PHQ, attended by senior Police officers, officers of RBI and SIB. Pu Anil Shukla, IPS, DGP Mizoram chaired the meeting. The meeting reviewed the progress they have made and address challenges in detection and investigation of Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) cases. Sensitization and training of Police personnel on FICN cases, better coordination with Nodal Officers of FICN in the bank were also discussed.
