Regular #Training is key to professional excellence and updation of knowledge. A 3 (three) days In-service training for personnel of 5th IR Battalion was started on 29.05.2023 at the Battalion Headquarters, Lungverh. Various important topics of service matters, Pension Rules, role of Post Commander & men in BOP, disaster management, first aid, personnal savings & its importance, ill effects of alcoholism, tobacco & drugs, etc. are being imparted during this training. The training is being attended by 27 personnel of the unit. Excellent initiative, Team #5IR. Worth replication by all Bns/ Units / Districts.
