On 04.10.2020 a written FIR received from Vanalreitluninga no F.Lalzarlinn of Khuangthing Village stating that on 02.10.2020 at 11:00 – 12:00 midnight, their Scooty (Rodeo) blue color BR. No MZ-02 A – 6988 worth Rs. 50,000/- which was parked at their verandah was stolen away, In this connection, the accused person Lalvenpuia (19) slo Klhamthanga of Khuangthing Village was arrested. Hence, DTLNG PS C/No. 4/2020 D. 04.10.2020 w’s 379 IPC was registered.
On 08.10.20 at around 10:30 PM, ASI David Lalthapuin submitted a Suo Moto FIR stating that on the night of 08.10.2020 while he was on duty. &” AR produced 10 cases of Detonator (10 cases X 100 PKT X 100 Pieces – 100000 Pieces) value of Rs. 20 lakhs along with the below three persons who were the owner of the said detonator namely (1)Hmangailzaal (41) slo Rengkluma of Zokhawthar (2) Lalchhuanmawia (42) s/o Phirthanga of Ruantlang. Champhai and (3) Lalrinmawii (43) w/o Lalchhuanmawia of Ruantlang Hence ZXTR PS CNo 11/2020 Dr.08.10.2020 US S(a) ES Act / 341PC was registered.
On 16.10.2020 @ 2:00 Am, a telephonic information was received by SI VL Chama Ralte of Champhai PS that Chalbawia Junction Khankawn Police Check gate duty detained one vehicle Maruti 800 (Taxi) Br. No. MZ 04 8758 driven by Lalremruata. On receipt of the above Information, he alongwith party rushed to the spot to enquire the matter. On reaching the spot. thorough checking was conducted upon the said vehicle and its occupants and recovered two soap cases containing brown powder suspected to be Heroin(No-4) weighing 24 grams Value of Rs.1,00,000/- (Approx) from the possession of one of the occupants named Biakthianghlimi (46) do Lalnunmawia of Ruantlang Champhai. The said vehicle, driver and other occupants were set free as their involvement was not found. Hence, CPI PS CNo 1182020 Dr. 16.20.2020 US 21 (*) ND & PS Act was registered.
On 19.10.2020 @ 8:30pm, a telephonie information was received from Chalbawia Junction Khankawn Police Check gate duty that they detained one vehicle Maxi Cab B/R No. Mz-08-3040 driven by David Zothanmawin S/o Thangchungaunga of Rabung village at Khankawn Police Check gate who was suspected to be carrying contraband substances. On received of the above information, Ast C Zahmingliana and party rushed to the spot to enquire the matter. On reaching the spot, thorough checking was conducted upon the said vehicle and its occupants, they recovered three (3) soap cases containing brown powder suspected to be Heroin No 4 weighing 45 grams value of Rs. 1.50,000/- (Approx) from the possession of MC Zalala (24) S/o Chinthova of Khawzawl Hermon veng. The vehicle along with the driver and other occupants of the salad vehicle were set free as their involvement was not found. Hence, CPI PS C/No 120/2020 Dt. 19.20.2020 US 21 (6) ND & PS Act was registered.
On 23.10.2020, ASI Laltlanchhunha of Champhai PS submitted a written FIR stating that at around 5:25Pm while he was on duty at Champhai PS, ho received a telephonic information from HC Lalhlimpuia who was on duty at Chalbawia junction, Khankawn Police Check Gate that they detained one Taxi Br No. Mz 04 A 2803(Alto 800) driven by SK Vanlalthanga (45) s/o Ningzakhai of Dinthar Veng, Champhai plying from Champhai to Aizawl on suspicious ground. On receipt of the above information, he along with party rushed to the spot to enquire the matter. Ou reaching the spot, thorough checking of the said vehicle and its occupants was conducted and recovered three soap cases containing brown powder suspected to be Heroin No. 4 weighing 34 Gems Value of Rs. 1,50,000/-
