Consequent upon the information received by CID(SB) regarding smuggling of Heroin on the evening of 19.1.2023, one Lalhmingmawia (31) s/o Zuithanga of Chawngbawla Section, Bawngkawn was apprehended and one parcel containing 30 Nos. of soap cases recovered, which was stuffed with white powder suspected to be heroin from his possession. However, when the powder was thoroughly examined, it was found to be some kind of superficial powder to cheat drugs addicts, by selling it as heroin. This could have caused severe health issues to the users if taken. Hence, Bawngkawn PS taking further legal action . Well done #CID(SB).
