Given the highly responsible and critical positions that officers are required to hold, it is crucial that they possess and update the necessary professional skills & knowledge, management & leadership qualities and attitudes to discharge their responsibilities effectively and provide senior level leadership to police force. With this in mind, for the first time, Mizoram Police is organizing a five (5) days “Mid Career Training Programme (MCTP)” course for the officers of the rank of Dy.SsP, Addl.SsP and SsP of directly recruited Mizoram Police Service (MPS) officers from 10th – 14th October 2022 at Administrative Training Institute (ATI), MINECO, Aizawl.
Hon’ble Home Minister Pu Lalchamliana graced the inaugural function held today at the Auditorium Hall, ATI, Aizawl as Chief Guest and formally inaugurated the training course, in the presence of DGP Pu Devesh Chandra Srivastva IPS and other senior officers of Mizoram Police. The course is being attended by total 32 MPS officers (5 Dy.SsP , 20 Addl.SsP and 7 SsP) from various units/districts .
