Keeping focus upon improving the functioning and management of police stations and raising efficiency of force, three days in-service training on ‘police station working management’ is being conducted at SP Conference Hall, Kolasib during 25th – 27th May. Various important diverse topics – financial management, effects of alcohol and drugs, police station work management, office procedures (Accounts), delegation of authority, maintenance of discipline & etiquette, proper maintenance of PS records, prevention of crime, with one whole day of training on ND&PS Act including important sections/provisions, procedures and practical training, are being imparted to 20 personnel of Kolasib Police, with resource persons from AXIS Bank Kolasib, Kolasib District Hospital, CID (Crime) Aizawl and officers of Kolasib Police etc.
