In this connection, Daniel Malsawmdawngliana Sailo(45) s/o Lalrina Sailo of Zokhawthar Village, Taitesena section was also arrested after found to be involved. The accused was found selling the fake birth certificates to make money . The main accused Zirkhawnghaka is a convict for life imprisonment but was released on parole from Central Jail.
