In this regard, SP Lawngtlai convened a meeting with all bank managers within Lawngtlai town on 30.8.2022, to discuss “Security related issues”. The meeting, attended by six managers from various banks, deliberated on the importance of CCTV cameras at Banks/ATMs, installing various security/safety gadgets, mandatory deployment of trained armed security guards and frequent visits & checking by supervisory officers, etc.
