Mizoram Police celebrates its 51st Raising Day today, the 20th January, 2023. A small celebration function was held at GS Arya Mess, PHQ, Aizawl, attended by Police Officers of the rank of Dy. SP and above stationed at Aizawl. The meeting was chaired by Pu John Neihlaia, IPS, IGP(Hqrs.). Powerpoint presentation on “Mizoram Police and Notable Achievements during 2022” was presented by Pu C.Lalthanmawia, IPS, AIG(Modernisation) followed by speech from Pu Ajay Choudry, IPS, ADGP. The meeting was concluded with vote of thanks from Pu Lalbiakthanga Khiangte, IPS, DIG(Hqrs).
Mizoram Police Units in different places celebrated the Raising Day by rendering social works and organizing tournaments in their respective places.
