On 8.2.2023, a ‘One day Workshop’ in hybrid mode (both physical and online) on Registration of FIRs and related legal provisions for curtailing the smuggling of #Narcotics and other contrabands, for Officers, JCOs and Other Ranks(ORs) of #AssamRifles was conducted at PHQ Conference Hall, Aizawl. Pu Devesh Chandra Srivastva, IPS, DGP Mizoram graced the inaugural function as the Chief Guest, while Brig. Girish Upadhya SM, VSM was the Guest of Honour. Resource persons included senior officer from DRI, Customs Division, Aizawl and senior police officers. The training was well received by all the participants.
