#PoliceWelfare. Welfare of our personnel and their families is always our top priority. In yet another supportive collaboration with corporate bodies for boosting the welfare of Mizoram Police personnel and their family members, Shri Ratan Lal Foundation, Delhi has again presented 34 nos. of sewing machine to Mizoram Police Wives’ Welfare Association (MPWWA) under their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme. Pu Devesh Chandra Srivastva, IPS, DGP Mizoram handed over the sponsored sewing machines, received by various Units of MPWWA in a function held on 28.4.2023 at GS Arya Mess, PHQ. The sewing machines will be utilized in training women for tailoring and garment making skills. Pertinently, earlier also the Foundation had donated 28 nos. of sewing machine to MPWWA, two months back. We are immensely thankful to Shri Ratan Lal Foundation for their kind gesture towards empowerment of women through their generous contribution.
